You can look at disease as a form of disharmony. And there's no organ system in the body that's not affected by sound and music and vibration.

What is sound therapy?

Sound Healing/ Sound Therapy is an Energy medicine and recognized Complementary Therapy. The practitioner uses a variety of instruments to create relaxing sounds in a certain manner for relaxation and meditation. Sound is working on all energetic and physical levels of the mind and body to clear energy blockages and balance energy flow for stress reduction and self-healing on a cellular level. Sound Healing/Sound Therapy is based on the sound frequencies of the instruments played in a meditative style either on or off the body, to produce homeostasis in all body systems.

How does a session look like?

The client lies on therapy table, fully clothed with blanket over.

The therapist does not touch the client, instead the therapist will expertly place a variety of specially tuned therapy instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls at specific points on the physical body.

The therapist chooses the instruments based on the sound frequencies required to assist with the particular condition.

How does sound therapy work?

Albert Einstein explained this saying: “… what we call” matter is nothing but energy, the senses can perceive its vibration because it has been lowered, matter itself doesn’t exist.” Everything then, visible or invisible, alive or dead (apparently dead) from the galaxy to the smallest atomic particle is nothing but energy. The magazine you are holding now is vibrating, the hand holding it vibrates, the atoms making up the cup of tea are vibrating, the dried herbs in the cup vibrate. They emit sounds. Each organ, cell in our human body vibrates. When unwell, sick and ill the vibration may be off - the waves of sound therapy instruments help release these blockages. The sound frequencies produced from the instruments penetrate the body to work on a cellular and etheric level in order to assist with many health conditions. "Science is still catching up to understanding how sound heals, but the current research is promising.

A review of 400 published scientific articles on music as medicine found strong evidence that music has mental and physical health benefits in improving mood and reducing stress. In fact, rhythm in particular (over melody) can provide physical pain relief.

How Many Treatments are Required?

The number of sessions required will depend on what the individual's needs are. One session is sufficient for a relaxation experience.
A course of a minimum of 3 sessions is recommended for a noticeable change in stress-related conditions. Sessions should be no more than 6-7 days apart, especially at the beginning of the treatment.

What is sound therapy good for?

It is recommended to assist with a variety of health conditions including:

Anxiety
Sleep problems
Muscle pain
Migraine
Hormone imbalance
Arthritis, Tinnitus
Digestive problems
Grief and many more

Origins of Sound Therapy

Sound healing has ancient roots in cultures all over the world, including Australian aboriginal tribes who used the didgeridoo as a sound healing instrument for over 40,000 years to ancient such as Tibetan or Himalayan singing bowl spiritual ceremonies.

Research

One study published in the Journal of Evidence-Based Integrative Medicine found that an hour long sound meditation helped people reduce tension, anger, fatigue, anxiety, and depression while increasing a sense of spiritual well-being. The sound meditation used a range of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs, Ting-shas (tiny cymbals), dorges (bells), didgeridoos, and other small bells. The main instrument used was the singing bowls for 95% of the session.

People who had never done sound meditation experienced significantly less tension and anxiety afterward, as well as those who had done it before." (Hagan 2019, Psychology Today)

Music based on 432hz will support humanity on its way towards spiritual freedom.

What is 432 Hz?

432 Hz means that the sound waves vibrate 432 times per second when the syllable is played.432Hz is said to be the natural frequency of Earth. Many researches have shown that people feel calmer, happier and more relaxed when playing and listening at 432 Hz.

Music that is tuned to 432 Hz is more friendly for the ears and unites us to the universal harmony and generates positive effects on mind and body. It is believed that due to more harmonic and pleasant nature of 432Hz music than 440Hz, it helps in the release of serotonin and endorphins, which in turn keep the blood pressure and heart rate stable. It is a frequency that encourages the synchronicity between both brain hemispheres, which increase intuition, insight, and creativity.

Tuning our musical instruments at the frequency of A 432 Hz, and obtaining adequate calculations with the so called “Golden Scale” we will get a C 256 Hz that due to the sympathetic resonance of the note overtones will produce another C exactly to 8 Hz. 8 Hz is the frequency of DNA replication; is the frequency that activate the pineal gland, or “third eye”, or “Ajna”; is the Alpha frequency that emits our brain when the two hemispheres are in coherence; is the resonance frequency (vibrational moment 1 / 0,125) of hydrogen, the molecule that together with the oxygen forms water, the main element of our body.

What is 440Hz?

In 1939 by international musical standards the tuning was changed to 440 Hz. Currently, most instruments are by default tuned to A=440Hz.
Most sound therapy instruments are tuned into 432Hz.
