Mind–body balance is about creating harmony between your nervous system, emotions, and thoughts. It means learning how to listen to your body’s signals, regulate stress, and feel safe enough to process what has been overwhelming or unresolved.
Growth isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about reconnecting with yourself. It happens in small, supported steps, as your system builds the capacity to integrate experiences and move forward with more ease, clarity, and resilience.

Healing is not a linear process, and it isn’t about fixing yourself—you are not broken. What feels overwhelming, stuck, or unresolved can begin to shift and integrate when the right conditions are created for your nervous system to feel safe again.
Lasting change doesn’t happen all at once; it unfolds gradually, through small, supported steps that allow space for processing and integration. I work somatically with the body, brain, and nervous system to help guide you in processing what remains unresolved, so you can move toward a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling to you.

I am Linda Fenesova. First and foremost I show up as a curious and compassionate human – therapist second. I am a integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, a trauma-informed coach and a sound therapist.
I have experienced that the relationship we have with ourselves and others is central to our emotional health, happiness, and wellbeing. I believe that healing happens in relationship, and this relational approach is at the heart of my therapeutic work.
Experienced
I am a qualified, pre-accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with extensive life and professional experience across various countries and continents. My path, shaped by healing, recovery, and personal growth, has led me to train in a range of therapeutic approaches.
Trauma-informed
My work is informed by the latest research in trauma recovery, with an emphasis on safety and trust. I follow a phased trauma treatment model that focuses first on stabilization, followed by processing, and finally integration, where new meaning is made and moving forward with life becomes possible.
Evidence-based
I work with both top-down (cognitive) and bottom-up (somatic/body-based) approaches supporting your nervous sytem in processing and releasing what is left unresolved from your body. This way changes stick and you can start moving towards growth and integration.
